Learn the simple fundamentals of ballroom dancing, empowering you to move more gracefully, easily and joyfully around a dance floor with or without a partner!

No partners or dance experience needed. Over 16’s only.

This event will take place in the Seven Stars Ballroom.

About the Artist

Andrew started Ballroom and Latin American competitive dancing in South Africa at the age of 12. He went on to represent both England and Finland in championships around the world before retiring from competition aged 31.

During his competitive career, he was trained by many of the world’s best coaches and together with his gorgeous professional partner Hanna Haarala, they achieved both 4th place in the Amateur UK competitive rankings and 24th place

in the professional World Latin American competition rankings. They travelled all over the UK and abroad performing our Latin Emotion Show Dance. In 2005 they were invited to star as professional dancers on BBC’s 3rd “Strictly Come Dancing” series. Andrew was partnered with celebrity actress Jaye Jacobs. Andrew’s SCD experience created, and still does, so many amazing opportunities and experiences. Some of which include joining Brendan Cole’s Live & Unjudged UK theatre tour for 4 years as well as being invited as celebrity entertainers on luxury cruise ships and many other wonderful opportunities.

In 2013 Andrew founded Dance Savoir Faire Ltd with the intention of creating a brand that delivers dance services and events of the highest quality and professionalism.
